In a spectacular wedding conducted at the Mundota Fort and Palace in Jaipur, Hansika Motwani married her longtime partner, businessman Sohael Kathuriya. The first images and videos from the wedding have started to surface on social media, and the newlyweds look simply stunning. The couple followed the fashion rules and chose the traditional colour scheme of red and ivory for their wedding.
Traditional red lehenga can never go wrong; in the era of pastels, Hansika opted for a conventional heavy red lehenga for the day. Moreover, the colour red represents love, bravery, commitment and it is the colour of Goddess Durga.
The Hansika donned an exquisite red lehenga with gorgeous golden embroidery for the wedding ceremony. She wore two dupattas adorned with a collection of magnificent gems, one of which was embroidered and sat on her right shoulder. A matching blouse with a plunging neckline was worn with a lehenga. The actor chose a thick stone-studded choker, earrings, mang tikka, and crimson wedding bangles as accessories. Hansika's mehndi-covered hands dangled gorgeous gold kaleerey in abundance. The lehenga has beautiful patti on the chunni, and how can we not look at those heavy tassles on the duppatas. The overall lehenga definitely looks heavy to carry.
Sohael complemented his bride in an intricately embellished ivory sherwani with a matching beige dupatta.
Hansika wore a red choda along with diamond kadas in her wrists. If you look closer, you can easily see a beautiful diamond adorning her ring. Lastly, her minimal nails are absolutely gorgeous and clearly go with the heavy red look.
