Local halwais and sweet shops have everything you need to eat this winter, not just to stay warm but also to rekindle your romance with all the traditional Indian sweets that are only available during this time. Now is the time to pay attention to the halwas and gajaks, not just because they taste good but also because they will keep you warm in this cold weather.

Panjiri



During the colder months, ghee is used to roast wheat flour to make panjiri, a winter dessert. Several healthy ingredients, like toasted flour, sugar, almond powder, and chopped seeds, are added to the dessert to make it more fulfilling.
