Ingredient:
- 40 g of boiled quinoa
- 30g chopped green and red peppers
- 1 tablespoon of finely minced oregano
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- One zucchini
- Salt as desired
Making method:
- Rinse the quinoa well.
- In a salad bowl, combine quinoa and all vegetables.
- Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, and all other seasonings.
- Serve the salad now.

Ingredient:
- 2 cups of roasted lotus seeds
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 small chopped tomato
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon green coriander
- 1 cup of chopped cucumber
- 3 tablespoons of mint and coriander chatni
- ginger julienning 1 tsp
- Chaat and salt masala as per taste
Making method:
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients. Before serving, garnish with mint and coriander leaves.

Ingredient:
- 100 g tofu
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Tahini: 2 tbsp
- Spring onion (chopped): 1 tbsp.
- 1 medium-sized chopped onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 4 to 5 French beans (chopped)
- White beans (boiled): 2 tbsp.
- season with salt to taste
Making Method:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the baked tofu cubes and soy sauce.
- Cook for 15 minutes. Set it aside to cool after baking.
