Violation of traffic rules is rampant at Kargil Chowk . The chowk of Sector 11/12/18/19, popularly known as Kargil chowk has been witnessing multiple violation of traffic rules round the clock. Jumping of red light, crossing zebra line and over speeding are common incidents at the chowk everyday.
School buses too often can be found violating the traffic rules.
