To keep buyers up-to-date on the status of their property in the city, Greater Noida Authority has now decided to provide updates about the development of various projects on its website twice a month.
The website can be accessed by allottees who have purchased flats, plots or any other property in Greater Noida. No longer will the buyers need to visit the Authority office to get an update.
Debashish Panda, CEO of Greater Noida Authority, said, “About a thousand allottees visit the Authority’s office every day just to know the status of their property.”
The CEO has asked for reports from the project department, which will be uploaded on the website (www.greaternoidaauthority.in), along with a picture of the site.
Action will be taken against officials who do not submit the updates to the report systems department on time.
