The early morning showers disrupted traffic in several areas of East Delhi today.
Debris dumped at the Metro construction site passing through IP Extension worsened the traffic situation. The already potholed road connecting IP Extension to Anand Vihar and Preet Vihar was waterlogged, causing traffic to come to a standstill.
MM Khatri, a resident of Vikalp Apartments, said, “The road opposite Oxford Apartments is a one-way street and badly damaged. The road was waterlogged in the morning, resulting in a massive traffic jam."
