Supreme Court accepts to hear the Sehgal's plea for a CBI probe on September 18

There has been a development today in the Armaan Sehgal case. On September 18, the Supreme Court will hear the plea of the deceased boy's parents regarding a CBI probe. On August 1, ten-year-old Armaan, a student of GD Goenka School, Ghaziabad, was found dead on the school campus under mysterious circumstances.

A bench comprising Chief Justice Dipak Misra, Justice Amitava Roy and Justice AM Khanwilkar agreed to hear the matter on Monday.

Gurmeet Singh, lawyer to the Sehgals, has told City Spidey that Allahabad High Court had listed the matter for hearing on October 4.
