After the CBI took over the Ryan murder case yesterday, the accused and two other officials who had already been arrested by the police have been transferred into their custody for further questioning
District Commissioner of Police (south), Ashok Bakshi along with CBI officials had applied for their remand from the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajni Yadav. The two officials shall remain with the CBI till Monday. However, the accused Ashok Kumar was granted remand for only a day.
Today the CBI had visited the crime spot with a forensic team and minutely investigated the crime. All formalities of taking the three people into custody have been completed and now the team shall start its interrogation, sources informed City Spidey.
The Gurugram Police officials were seen in the school premises today as they had been busy updating the CBI officials on all the latest developments in terms of the investigation.
