We, the Dwarka residents, are heavily troubled by the discarded cemented poles of BSES, found all over the footpaths of the sub-city. The public, especially the senior citizens find it inconvenient to walk on pedestrian pathways which have been illegally occupied by the organisation for storing their junk.

Although we have made numerous appeals to the organisation to remove the poles during the past two years, no initiative has been undertaken by them regarding this objective. Further, the Aashirwad Chowk, developed and beautified by South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC), is being used by BSES as a convenient storage yard for its discarded poles.

Moreover, our problems have been compounded as the sweeping wing of SDMC has started throwing garbage at the same site.
