A 61-year-old man, Rameshwar Lal, died in a road accident yesterday near Metro Station in Sector 14, Dwarka. He was riding a bike when the incident happened.
According to the police, a school bus of Kamal Model Senior Secondary School was taking a U-turn at the chowk in the Metro corridor. The victim was also taking a U-turn and collided with the bus.
The driver tried to brake, but could not stop the bus from hitting the bike, said onlookers.
The victim hailed from Rajasthan and was living in Sector 23, Dwarka. He was working for a construction company in Sector 14.
A case has been registered in Dwarka North Police Station and an investigation is under way.
