Noida Police is set to launch the Pariwar Paramarsh Kendra to sort out domestic disputes. The disputes, however, will be sorted out without any police involvement.

The core people in the forum, set to begin post January 26, 2016, would be retired citizens, teachers and social workers selected by the Noida police.

“We will run background checks prior to enlisting all forum members. The members should not have any criminal record. Members will be trained for dispute resolution.", said Vijay Dhull, ASP, Noida Police.

If differences are not sorted out at the Kendra level, one has the option of filing a complaint with the police.
