Indirapuram and sectors 1, 2 and 3 of Vaishali will face a 3-hour-long power cut on Saturday, starting at noon.
The supply will be stopped to carry out a new installation at the 132 kVA power substation, located at Vaishali, Sector 1.
City Spidey spoke to Arvind Rajbedi, chief engineer of UPPCL. "A new transformer of 40 MVA capacity is to be installed at the substation. It will solve load shedding issues for Indirapuram and some parts of Vaishali," said Rajbedi.
