Shipra Sun City Phase II held its Apartment Owners' Association (AOA) election in which four new members were elected unopposed and uncontested to the board.
As per UP Apartment Act 2010, 1/3rd of the member should retire annually. On this basis, the board made 4 out of its 10 members retire and held the election on the four posts.
However, only four nominations were filed for the four posts making all the candidates get into the board without any voting.
