In a maintenance-related incident, a big chunk of plaster fell down from the second floor balcony of CMC1 tower of Supertech Capetown, high-rise in Sector 74, around 6 pm on Monday.

According to residents, this is the ninth or tenth time that such a thing had occurred in the last 15 days.

Arun Sharma, president of the apartment owners' association (AOA) reported the incidents of plaster fall inside the flats from the ceiling and from outer walls of towers to Supertech management including CMD R K Arora.

Besides, he had also apprised about the incident to the officials of the town planning department of Noida Authority. They too observed the quality of construction while visiting the society recently.

"Residents of Capetown are living under fear due to this. A car got damaged last week due to plaster fall. The AOA is planning to report these incidents now to local police and district magistrate of Noida," Sharma concluded.
