Foul smell from the dhalao (three-walled mixed waste dumpyard) and a herd of cows in sector 5, Dwarka, is telling the tale of failed works of the area's municipal corporation. People living in nearby areas are facing a hard time due to the smell, especially in the evenings.
The dumyard falls on road number 202, where the wet and dry waste is lying unchecked.
