As Delhi Government's battle against dengue entered the fourth week, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday held an interactive session with the Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) at  Talkatora Indoor Stadium in New Delhi on the measures to be taken to check vector-borne diseases.

The event is an addition to the state government's campaign, '10Hafte10Baje10Minute,'  to help bring down cases of dengue, chikungunya, malaria and other waterborne diseases.

The announcement of the event was made via a letter, in which Kejriwal had urged people to rope in their friends into the campaign. In order to make the initiative a success, the leader asked the participating RWAs to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU).

The drive was kicked off on September 1 as doctors had issued a warning that there can be a spike in dengue cases this year.
