Ex-justice named chief patron of Noida based NGO

Justice (retired) of Allahabad High Court, Rangnath Pandey, was on Saturday appointed chief patron of a Noida based social organisation, Jan Shakti Sewa Samiti. 

Pandey is residing in Noida for quite some time. 

Executive members of the organisation welcomed the appointment overwhelmingly. Expressing their excitement on his association with the organisation, they said they would now be able to raise issues of public interest more effectively under his stewardship.

Ravi Kant Mishra, chairman of the organisation, along with many executive members, greeted him at the organisation' s office in Sector 50, Noida.  He said, "We will now be more confident of serving the public. We expect him to give his valuable time and suggestions for welfare of residents."

A N Dhawan, chief patron of the organisation, Viresh Tiwari, president, Anil Mishra, Naresh Pradhan, Narendra Chopada, C P Sharma, Ajeet Pandey, Chandra Prakash Gaur, Dr Deepali Dikshit, Madhu Mahara, Jyoti Chaturvedi, Trilok Sharma, Naveen Dubey and J K Jain (all member) among others were present on the occasion.
