Ex-Mayor visits White House Residency, shares Dwarka's future plans

Dwarka: Ex-Mayor of South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) Kamaljeet Sehrawat on Sunday visited White House Residency, a residential society in Dwarka's Sector 19-B and shared plans for future improvements in the sub-city.

Sehrawat also talked about the recent developments that have happened in Dwarka. She talked about the future plans of building an adventure park and a Dwarka club and cleaning of the drains. “Dwarka will become more beautiful in future,” she said.

During the meeting, residents requested for better lighting and pathways near parks. To strengthen security, they also requested for police pickets in Sector 19-B and more street lights to reduce the area's dark spots.

At least 60 residents attended the meeting. Managing Committee members Seema Sharma (Vice President), Vinay Avasthi
(Secretary), Sanjay Kumar Rastogi (Joint  Secretary) were also present. 

Rastogi said, “Kamaljeet Sehrawat listened to our requests and assured us that she will work towards finding solutions.”
