Greater Noida: The members of Noida Estate Flat Owners Main Association (NEFOMA) on Wednesday met Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Greater Noida Authority Narendra Bhooshan to discuss development of a green belt and pending registry of flats at many societies in Greater Noida West.

The NEFOMA informed the CEO that while selling the flats, builders of Saviour Greenarch, Cherry County, and Himalaya Pride societies in Techzone IV area in Greater Noida West had informed the flat buyers that a piece of land was earmarked for development of green belt behind the societies.

They requested the CEO to beautify the area by developing a green belt. They requested for a park and open gym as well.

President of NEFOMA Annu Khan said, “In most of the societies in Greater Noida West, flat buyers are living without registry of their flats. The registry should be done as soon as possible. We requested the CEO to address the issue.”

Rashmi Pandey, General Secretary of NEFOMA said that the open land was a garbage dumping spot and it was also full of dirty water. “We had complained to the authority and with their help, the area was cleaned. Open gym, park, or community hall should be developed on the open land,” she said.

The NEFOMA also discussed many other issues prevalent in the area.
