Dwarka: Manzil Apartments gets its own gym

Residents of Manzil Apartments in Sector 9, Dwarka, inaugurated a gym in their society on February 12.

Sushil Batra, president of the society, said, “We have our own gym now. It was developed at a cost of about Rs 4 lakh. We want our residents to be fit and this gym will give them the opportunity and facilities to exercise. We are also planning a recreational centre for the society, with facilities to play indoor games.”

It's an open-air gym with a rubber floor. JN Mandal, the treasurer of the society, said, “We have seven types of equipment in the gym. Residents are happy about having their own gym.”

KS Bhati, president of Federation of RWAs (FORWAS) and president of Ganpati Apartments, was also present on the occasion, along with members of the society’s management and residents.
