This is a go-to chocolate pudding. I've replaced the kosher salt from the recipe with instant coffee powder though, to give the sweetness a kick www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2012/01/how-to-make-jello-pudding-from-scratch-chocolate-pudding-recipe.html

I've tried a variation of this recipe before replacing homemade jam with chocolate. This is a healthy, light yet satisfying dessert. Recommended.

Going to try this omelette in a mug, but i'd like to make the salsa at home first www.scatteredthoughtsofacraftymom.com/2-minute-omelette-in-mug/

Love this idea! Might use dried sage or fresh basil growing at home to replace fresh sage. www.kevinandamanda.com/5-minute-brown-butter-chicken-and-crispy-sage/

This looks promising. Was also wondering if a tofu version would work just the same
