Noida: Newly appointed NBCC contractor Maa Vaishno promised the aggrieved Amrapai buyers of Zodiac completion of the project and redressal of their grievances.
The contractor’s assurance came at a puja ceremony organised by it at Amrapali Zodiac, an incomplete high-rise in sector 120 in Noida, on Saturday.
Talking to CitySpidey, Balwant Kumar Singh, a resident of the unfinished tower A, said, "The buyers are very excited over the assurance and hope to get their long-awaited home soon.
The pending works that the contractor will undertake on Sunday are installation of firefighting equipment, building of the promised facilities in the common area and completion of the 560 unfinished flats in towers A, B, Q and R.
The buyers of these towers have to submit the pending amount of Rs 25 crore over a course of the next few months to get their homes.
As per the residents, the contractor has already erected its office in the society's premises.
" This gives us a hope to get what we dreamt of, a home, dream home with all facilities", a female resident of the Zodiac told our reporter.
