With the intent to create a beautiful site in the national capital, SDMC developed Bharat Darshan Park in Punjabi Bagh, West Delhi. Inaugurated on December 25, 2021, the park is not even a week old yet but the new Yellow Alert has put a lock on its gate. The place homes 21 replicas of monuments from across the country, made from scraps and waste materials. Just as it was ready for the public to come and visit, the rise in the cases of new Covid variant, Omicron has forced it to get closed even before it saw the light of the day properly.
