Dwarka: The 73rd Republic Day celebrations saw great fervour in Dwarka. The Tricolour was unfurled in various housing societies across the city. Despite DDMA rules and restrictions on gathering, the community celebrated the day following the Covid protocols to cherish the republican values of the Nation.
Teams of RWAs were seen hoisting the national flag in their societies. Apart from flag hoisting, residents were seen taking the country pledge. Fun activities were organised for children in some societies including drawing and races. Everyone enjoyed the celebrations, all the while, keeping Covid protocols in mind.
