According to Shishir, the RWA president says RWA is doing everything to resolve this issue as soon as possible. He says, "When we investigated the problem, we discovered that some of the residents had left their water motors running even after their tanks had been filled, and that also caused the overflow issue at the same time. We have created a WhatsApp group called 'Water Solution Group' where people can share their problems and tell us which wing's water supply is not working well."

Rakesh, General Secretary of RWA, says, "We are trying to keep residents up to date on who is responsible for the overflowing of water and why it is happening."

Another RWA team member says, "As a solution, the residents can set the alarm in their motor to avoid any wastage of water."
