Plan and stay organized
Planning your day ahead can help you feel less stressed. Make a list of the things you need to do the next day before you go to sleep. Keep your time in order, it will make it less likely that you'll be always in the same routine in the morning. This will make your office and mind less crowded.

Find a balance between work and life
Your health should be the first thing you think about. Set rules for your work time and your free time. If you work from home, you can turn a room in your house into an office. That space will only be used for work tasks, and when you're there, you have to be focused on getting your work done. Set aside some time for yourself, especially on weekends. Try going for a walk, reading a book, going shopping, or doing something else that will take your mind off of work.

Also, eating small, nutritious meals throughout the day can help maintain a steady blood sugar level and energy level, helping you stay focused and productive.
