Unbearable heat wave leads to change of school timings in Noida

Noida: Finally students are getting relief from the sweltering heat wave of the summer season. Students studying in classes I to VIII in any government or private school of Gautam Budh Nagar will have a new leaving time at 1 pm. 

Seeing the extreme heat in the district, Basic Education Officer Aishwarya Lakshmi changed the timing of the school. For the last few days,  the outbreak of heat increasing in Delhi-NCR. Due to the heat, students were fainting in many schools. Many educational associations were constantly demanding changes in school timings.

The delegation of the Primary Teachers Association of Gautam Budh Nagar, on Wednesday, demanded a change in time from the District Magistrate and Basic Education Officer.The District Magistrate and Basic Education Officer had assured them, they will change the timing of the school. 

Basic Education Officer Aishwarya Lakshmi said that the council, non-government aided primary schools, junior high schools and recognized schools from classes one to eight, run by the Basic Education Council, have leaving timing from Friday at one o'clock.The time for the teachers and employees will remain the same and this order will be strictly followed.
