Masaledar Amrood popsicle

Ingredients:

Pink guava 120 gm
Water 200 ml
Lemon juice 10 ml
Sugar 30 gm
Liquid glucose 20 gm

Method:

To make Masaledar Amrood popsicles, put water, sugar, lemon juice, and liquid glucose in a bowl and cook on low heat for at least 10 minutes.The mixture is put in a chiller for 10 minutes at a temperature of 2 to 4 degrees Celsius to cool it down. Pink guava slices are put into a mixer and mixed with the mixture. The 
mixture is then put into the molds. After that, the molds are frozen for an hour. Lastly, put some chat masala on top of the dish right before serving to give it a unique sweet and spicy taste.

Raspberry Sherbet cup

Ingredients:

120 grams of fresh raspberries
Water 200 ml
Lemon juice 10 ml
Sugar 30 gm
Liquid glucose 20 gm

Method:

Mix water, sugar, lemon juice, and liquid glucose in a bowl to make a cup of raspberry sherbet. The mix is then cooked on low heat for at least 10 minutes.
The mixture is then left to cool in the fridge for 10 minutes at a temperature of 2 to 4 degrees Celsius. Fresh lemon juice is mixed with fresh raspberry chunks in a blender. After the mixture has cooled, it is put into molds and frozen for 1 hour. After that, the sorbet is ready to 
serve.

Chatpata jamun popsicle

120 g of fresh raspberries
Water 200 ml
Lemon juice 10 ml
Sugar 30 gm
Liquid glucose 20 gm

Method:

To make Chatpata jamun popsicles, mix water, sugar, lemon juice, and liquid glucose together in a bowl. The mixture is then cooked for at least 10 minutes over low heat. After that, let the mixture cool for 10 minutes in the freezer at 2 to 4 degrees Celsius.In the meantime, mix the Jamun pieces in a blender. After the mixture has cooled, it is poured into molds, and then the Jamun slices are put on top. The mix is then put in the freezer for an hour. Lastly, before serving, put some chat masala on the popsicles.
