A huge cement concrete pipe and a street light pole on the footpath at Kargil Chowk are creating a hurdle for smooth access to pedestrians. I have been witnessing these things for a long time now. As far as my observation is concerned, these two things have been lying there for about three years.
I am surprised how callous the authorities are, they dumped these things and never thought of bringing them in some use. The pipe seems a sewer pipe or a water pipe, its presence can lead to some major accident.
I would like to appeal the authorities to remove these items from the footpath and give a clean, smooth passage to pedestrians and make the footpath and roads safe.
