The DMRC has finalised a roadmap to resettle the families living on the metro corridor.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will soon start work on connecting Trilokpuri to Mayur Vihar pocket one on Pink Line. It has already finalised a roadmap to resettle the families living on the Metro corridor.
Around 108 families have been assured of alternative houses.
Earlier, the Pink Line was left incomplete because houses of more than hundred families were falling on the corridor. They had opposed to the construction of the corridor.
Now, the DMRC has cleared the way to allot them houses.
A DMRC spokesperson said, “The Pink Line, connecting Shiv Vihar in the east and Majlis Park in the West, is the longest metro route. It is 58.9-km long and has 38 Metro stations in total. The cost of the project is Rs 15,62,00,000.
