A mammoth 70 feet tall effigy of Ravana installed at Site-4 Central Park in Greater Noida was a big draw for the people living in the vicinity. The fiery end of the demon king marks the finale of the 10-day long Ramleela as well as the festivities associated with it on Tuesday night.

Matching with Ravana, effigies of KumbhKarna and Meghnath, measuring 65 and 60 feet respectively, were erected by Shri Ramleela Committee, the organisers, to meet the same fate.

Vinod Kasana, media representative of the committee, informed CitySpidey that this time around care was taken to ensure a pollution-free Dussehra. “This year, we have cold fireworks to burn the effigies so that there won’t be any pollution. Along with these, flowers and paper crackers will be used for the ritual," he said.

Sector Pi-1 organised by Shri Dharmik Ramlila Committee erected a 65-foot Ravana alongside 60-foot and 55-foot effigies of Kumbhakarna and Meghnath respectively for the ritual burning.
