Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority ( GNIDA) on Monday served recovery certificates ( RC) on two more builders. With this, the number of builders issued RCs till now reached 10 and the amount for which the RCs are issued stands at Rs 333.81 crore.
M/S Srigarv Infratech in sector Delta 1 was issued an RC of Rs 18.19 crore while Palm Developers in the adjoining Tech Zone 4 was for Rs 7.86 crore on Monday.
The eight other builders who have been issued RCs are Omaxe limited in Beta 2 ( Rs 38 crore), Nitishree developers in Alpha 1 ( Rs 31.50 crore), Maple Realcon in tech zone 4 ( Rs 11.78 crore), JMDR Infraprojects in sector 1 ( Rs 22.80 crore), Diligent Builders in sector 1 ( Rs 19.02 crore), AVJ Developers in Zeta 1 ( Rs 63.25 crore), ANS apartment in sector Pi 1 and 2 ( Rs 124.17 crore) and Omaxe Buildhome in sector MU ( Rs 30.77 crore).
The GNIDA, after the Amrapali verdict of the Supreme court, has taken a tough stand on the outstanding dues the builders owe it and has been releasing recovery certificates and even cancelled allotment in the past few months.
