Noida: Considering the inconvenience faced by working women, the Noida Authority on Friday opened another pink toilet at one of the busiest places of the city.
A pink toilet was constructed besides the Gardens Galleria Mall in Sector 38 where women turn up for shopping in huge number. This is one of the busiest market places of the city.
Mahesh Sharma, local MP and former union minister of culture raised the curtain to officially throw the public convenience exclusively for women open for all.
The authority had earlier opened similar public convenience in other sector for the women. These toilets are well maintained, where women have been provided facilities of breastfeeding as well.
Other than that, Sharma also flagged off mechanised road sweeping machine in Sultanpur, a local village in Noida. He also distributed cleaning kits among locals to segregate wet and dry waste for environment friendly disposal.
