Apeejay School of Management holds 20th convocation day on Friday

New Delhi: Apeejay School of Management, New Delhi organised 20th Convocation ceremony on February 28, 2020 at its Dwarka campus. On this occasion, 315 graduating students received Post Graduate Diploma in Management. 

Apart, 11 students received medals for their outstanding academic performance. 

Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Union Minister of Minority Affairs, Govt of India, was the chief guest. Naqvi encouraged the graduating students to join the bandwagon of new India as co-travellers in re-establishing the pristine glory of the country by revitalizing the heritage and leveraging contemporary technologies for prosperity of all.  

Aditya Berlia, Co-founder and Pro-Chancellor Apeejay Stya University and Member of the Board of Governors Apeejay School of Management, presided over the function and conferred the diplomas to the students. 

Berlia advised the graduating students to seek help both in their personal and professional lives, form their own opinion, develop capability of looking at original sources of information, work on strengths rather than covering weaknesses and take responsibility of life-long learning in order to accomplish lasting success, prosperity and happiness. He also administered oath of ethical conduct to the graduating students. 

O P Khanduja, Executive Director Apeejay School of Management, observed that success is the sum of small efforts. He shared the forward looking and progressive vision of the institute and talked about the initiatives to make the students ready for industry. 


 
Earlier, Dr Amit Sareen, Director, Apeejay School of Management, welcomed the guests and presented report of the institute. 

The convocation ended with recital of the national anthem.
