Gurugram: Gurugram’s Covid-19 tally has reached 10,263 with 78 more people testing positive for the infection on Sunday, according to the district health department.

In a relief, 86 more patients have been discharged during the last 24 hours, pushing the overall recoveries to 9,439 in the district with a recovery rate of 91.97 per cent, the daily health bulletin said.

As of now, there are 694 active cases in the district, of which, 12 are hospitalised at dedicated Covid hospitals. 84 are under observation at dedicated Covid healthcare centres whereas 25 are under observation at district Covid care centre. 573 patients are in home isolation.

The district’s death toll counted to 130, of whom, 92 patients had co-morbidities while 38 patients had no known disease.

Meanwhile, Haryana state recorded 743 new cases and 10 deaths linked to coronavirus. The overall number of positive cases has now reached 47,153, while the deadly virus has claimed 538 lives so far in the state, the state health bulletin said.

As many as 662 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the tally of recovered patients to 39,601 in the state. The state’s recovery rate stood at 83.98 per cent, the data showed.

At the moment, the number of active cases stood at 7,014. The number of positive patients in critical care counted to 156, among these, 133 patients are on oxygen support, while 23 on ventilators.

The state’s Covid-19 positivity rate counted to 5.62 per cent while the fatality rate stood at 1.14 per cent. The state doubling rate of coronavirus cases is every 31 days.
