New Delhi: The Capital on Monday recorded 1,904 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,59,619. The number of new cases reported came out of 68,805 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 52,490 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 16,315 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate stood at 2.77 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate was at 4.56 per cent.
Six deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 11,012.
A total of 1,411 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,40,575 in the national capital. Currently, there are 8,032 active cases in the city.
Out of the total 5,765 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 4,297 are vacant. A total of 4,639 patients are in home isolation.
