Skylark CGHS organises COVID-19 vaccination camp

Dwarka: The management of Skylark CGHS organised a COVID-19 Vaccination Camp in Community Hall from 10 am to 5 pm in collaboration with Manipal Hospital in Dwarka.

For vaccination drive, pre registration on CoWIN app and possession of Aadhaar Card were mandatory. Covishield vaccine was administered to people in the age groups of 18-44 years and 45 years and above.

They also proposed following procedures for smooth conduct of vaccination program.

A token distribution counter was set up in society's library. Registration and billing counters were set up at the society's office.

Vaccination drive took place at society's Community Hall. 10 chairs were put for the people  waiting in queue for vaccination. Another 10 chairs were for vaccinated persons who had to be under observation for half an hour after vaccination.

Col Sunil Dubey, President Skylark CGHS, Dwarka said, “We kept slot of first two hours from 10 am to 12 pm for our residents and the other slot from 12 pm to 5 pm was for the residents of all neighbouring societies. We wanted as much citizen to get vaccinated.”

Sangeeta, a resident of the society said, “I'm happy that our society collaborated with Manipal Hospital and conducted vaccination drive.”
