NDMC to address public grievances through video conferencing

New Delhi: The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has taken many technology based initiatives to address public issues and grievances. The actions have been taken to better the efficiency of the administration.

The NDMC has decided to initiate a novel method to redress the public grievances through video conferencing. For this, a 'Jan Suvidha Camp' will be organised on second and fourth Saturday of every month between 11 am and 2 pm .

People can now raise the issues without visiting the NDMC office. The residents would register their grievances on second and fourth Thursday of every month between 10 am to 4 pm on the URL Link (https://online.ndmc.gov.in/online_grv/).

After the registration of the grievance, the complainant will get a video conference link on next day (Friday) by 5 pm.

The head of the departments will listen to all the registered grievances between 11 am and 2 pm. All the attendees will be given a slot of 10 minutes to present his/her grievances.

In case the grievances are not resolved, a written communication will be sent within one week by the head of the departments.
