RESIDENT SPEAK: Opening a Sub-Registrar office is required in Dwarka

I would like to draw your attention to a very important point. As everyone is aware that the Dwarka suburb is probably the largest suburb of Asia. Around 1995, it started becoming a suburb.

Slowly, all the facilities started coming here, such as Transport Authority and SDM/Registrar Office. But still, the registration of sale and purchase of flats and plots of Dwarka suburb is done in  Kapashera and Janakpuri Sub-Registrar Office. Due to this, the residents of Dwarka are inconvenienced.

It is a humble request that a sub-registrar office should be started for the registry of plots and flats of Dwarka suburb so that the residents of Dwarka can get their flats and plots registered in Dwarka itself.

This facility can also be made available in the SDM/Registrar Office. But this decision should be taken by the government itself, where it will be suitable, keeping the future in view.

I hope you agree to this. The Lieutenant Governor and the Chief Minister must take a concrete decision and inform.
