Know how to pamper your skin from morning to bedtime in Summers

For most of us, our skin is our most valued possession. We make every effort to protect and care for our skin. Summer is already knocking on our door and some of us may have already selected some costly creams and skincare products, which is perfectly OK. But, having a healthy skin care plan is always sensible and more effective because the hot weather can damage our skin.

Here are some amazing tips you can add to your summer skincare routine, for healthy and glowing skin:

Morning Skincare

Cleansing twice is a must
Sweaty and oily skin are two things that come to mind when we think of hot days of summer. While heat causes the skin to generate excess oil, sweat makes it worse resulting in acne. Foam-wash your face twice a day, in the morning and at night before going to sleep, to avoid many skin problems. This allows your skin to breathe while keeping it hydrated.

Regular Exfoliation
Summer skin can suffer from dryness and dullness and it leads to being oily. This is why exfoliating your skin with a scrub is so important. It will not only eliminate all dead and dry cells from your pores, but it will also revitalize and keep your skin healthy. Make sure you do not over-exfoliate your skin.

Stay hydrated
Drink more and more water. Your skin will automatically start feeling so well if you keep yourself hydrated. If you have difficulty remembering to drink your water, develop a habit by putting an alert on your phone.

Refreshing toner

A toner is utilized to shut all of your skin's open pores. During the summer, the skin produces a lot of oil, which fills in these open pores and causes the problem of acne. With the help of a good toner, you can avoid this problem. You can choose cucumber or rice water toners.

Use a dual-purpose moisturizer
Applying moisturizer and sunscreen separately in the summer can be a bit much on the skin. It can result in acne or congested pores. However, a lightweight moisturiser with an SPF of 40 or higher can be used to keep your skin not just protected but also moisturised without causing any damage.

Protect your skin with some SPF
When you go outside make sure your skin is covered with sunscreen. Sun rays can cause damage to your skin, as well as long-term effects. Make sure you apply sunscreen to all exposed areas of your body, not just your face.

Clean your skin
Always start by using a cleaning lotion or Coconut Oil to remove all dirt and makeup off of your face. This allows your skin to feel clean and clean facial pores. Look for a cleanser that contains calming components such as Aloe Vera, Rose Water, and Green Tea.

Use Facewash
Always wash your face with a face wash which is suitable for your skin to deep cleanse without stripping your skin of its natural oils.

Toner
After doing face wash, don't forget to use a toner. It will make your face feel refreshed. This will maintain your skin's natural PH balance as well as reduce open pores.

Night Cream
In comparison to a day cream, night creams help renew cells and are more potent when it comes to infusing hydration. A moisturising night cream will help your skin retain moisture and repair its cells. Look for one with a smooth texture that blends in well with your skin.

Under-Eye Cream
When compared to other sections of the face, the skin around our eyes is more sensitive and shows the first indications of injury and premature ageing. Dark circles, puffiness, wrinkles, and poor blood circulation can all be reduced by using an under-eye gel with energizing nutrients such as Pomegranate, Almond Oil, Green Tea, and many others.
