Noida: A child got stuck for almost 45 minutes in the lift of the Child PGI residential complex in Sector 30, Noida. After the lift door was opened, he was very much scared. Upset by this, his parents have demanded an investigation.
Lalit Sharma, who works as a driver at PGI, resides on the eighth floor of the seventh tower. In his complaint to management, he stated that on January 31, 2023, around 2.30 pm, his 10-year-old son got stuck in the lift. He was on his way to tuition when the lift broke down and stuck on the sixth floor.

The boy repeatedly sounded an alarm, but no liftman or maintenance personnel were there. He began to scream. Hearing his scream, health workers and security guards gathered there and looked for the liftman.
However, they tried to call the staff present there, but their lack of technical skill prevented them from taking the boy out of the lift. As soon as the police arrived there, the lift could be opened.
