Multani mitti: Works like magic on acne

If you are someone who deals with acne and breakouts, you would agree that summer is not your best friend. Heatwaves and hot weather can make the breakout worse. This is basically because the heat causes sweating which clogs your skin's pores. In the tedious struggle to protect your skin, there is one ingredient that can cleanse, exfoliate and soothe your skin. ‘Multani Mitti’ is that magic dust that must be a part of your summer skincare.

Multani mitti, known as fuller’s earth is actually mud from Multan. It gently cleanses your skin by removing dead cells, absorbing oil and increasing the blood circulation under the skin. Multani mitti can be used in various skincare remedies such as soothing sunburn, spot treatment, exfoliation and treating pimples.
