Amrapali Princely Estate: Homebuyers concerned over pace of work

Slow construction work of the M, N, O and P towers at Amrapali Princely Estate, a residential project in Sector 76, Noida, has become a cause for concern for hundreds of homebuyers.

They say that even though the builder promised to deliver the flats in the beginning of 2017, the finishing work on these towers is not yet complete. Homebuyers say that they booked flats in 2010 and the builder had promised to deliver them by 2015. But the builder kept extending the dates.

In the last meeting between homebuyers and Anil Sharma, the CMD of Amrapali Group, Sharma had assured buyers that in the beginning of 2017, buyers would get possession of the flats.

Anil Jain, a homebuyer, told City Spidey, “Though the builder has constructed the tower, the internal finishing is still incomplete. Work such as connection of electricity, water supply and installation of lifts are pending in these towers.”

Homebuyers are demanding that the builder speed up the work or else it would not be in a position to give the possession of the flats even by the end of the year.

When City Spidey spoke to Vivek Dixit, general manager of Amrapali Group, he assured that the group will fulfil its promise.

"The installation of lifts and other finishing work in M and N tower is underway. After work on these towers is done, remaining work would be completed," Dixit added.
