"Some lifts are functional in some tower of the society but people are getting stuck into that lifts. Today, a resident along with his son was stuck in between 18 and 19 floors in the morning. After 20 minutes, they were rescued by the security staff," Arora said.

On Thursday, the only working lift in Gloxinia Tower and crashed from 7th to 4th floor. Kids, who were inside the lift, got panicked. They were rescued after 10 minutes.

Residents are planning to file a police complaint against the developer.
