The inspection was carried out after receiving multiple complaints of illicit activities at these establishments.
The spa centre Swadhika produced incomplete papers, but promised to show remaining papers soon.
Meanwhile, the staff of two hookah bars — Moonstar and Vapours — and two spa centres — Sapna and Relevant — shut their shops and ran away.
Indirapuram police seized the shops in the presence of the maintenance manager of the mall.
