Celebrated on the occasion of Lord Rama's birthday, Ram Navami is a Hindu spring festival, observed on the 9th and last day of Chaitra Navratri.
The residents of Gaur City and Panchsheel Greens, both high-rise apartments in Greater Noida West, on Saturday celebrated Ram Navami with sheer devotion, joy and fervour. On this occasion, a shobhayatra was held, joined by hundreds of people of both the societies.
Kids were wearing colourful attires. Besides, bhajans, keertans and other religious functions were organised within the society premises to mark the occasion.
