While protesting outside the school gate, parents alleged that the management has not followed rules set by state fees regulatory committee for self-finance schools.
Parents along with All Noida Schools Parents' Association (ANSPA) on Saturday protested against the management of Ramagya School in Sector 50, Noida.
While protesting outside the school gate, parents alleged that the management has not followed rules set by state fees regulatory committee for self-finance schools. It hiked the excess fees.
Raising slogans against the school management, they demanded the rollback of hiked excess fees. They complained that the issue of excess fee hike by the school management has also been brought into the notice of district fee regulatory committee and urged him to hear the matter.
Yatendra Kashana, president of ANSPA said that like the other schools' managements, this school has also made different fees to grab extra from parents.
Parents are not happy with this step of hiking fees under different heads. They aren't satisfied with the fee hike as it is not as per the rules.
While speaking to media, Sanjay Gupta, CMD of the school claimed that the fee has been hiked in adherence to the rules. It is below 10 percent, which is allowed by the regulatory committee for the unaided school.
