As Kanwar Yatra begins, the Ghaziabad Traffic Police have prepared a traffic diversion plan, which will be implemented from July 22 - July 31. This plan aims at reducing traffic jams, making travel easy for Kanwariyas.

Vehicles from Delhi commuting via NH-58 to Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Haridwar will use UP Gate, Vijay Nagar bypass, NH-9 at Dasna, Tiraha, Pilkhuwa, Hapur.

As there will be large number of Kanwarias at Baghpat at Mahadev Mandir, vehicles commuting from Delhi-Loni to Saharanpur will use Outer Ring Road to NH 1 via Sonepat-Karnal.

Vehicles travelling towards Ghaziabad from Delhi-UP Border, Maharajpur border, Gyani Border will take Ghazipur Chowk Road to Ghaziabad via UP Gate.

Vehicles commuting from Delhi, Mathura, Badarpur towards Bullandshahar will use DND Expressway, Okhla Barrage.

No vehicles will be allowed on Muradnagar Pipeline Marg. Heavy Duty vehicles will use NH-9 to reach UP Gate.

Vehicles commuting from Railway Station, Kirana Mandi, Ramteram Road, Bajaria Road, Delhi Gate, Ganda Nala will travel on Choudhary Mod.

No vehicles will be allowed from AALT Flyover to Meerut Road.

Vehicles moving through Eastern Peripheral to Modinagar, Ghaziabad can go via Dasna to NH-9.

Vehicles entering Delhi via Loni will commute through Bhopura Border, Seemapuri, Anand Vihar, Ghazipur Chauraha, UP Gate to NH-9 and Vijaynagar Bypass. They can use Atmaram Steel, Hapur Chungi to enter Ghaziabad.

No vehicles will be allowed on Vasundhra Red Light to Mohan Nagar.

Vehicles commuting from Patel Nagar, Ghukna Mod, DPS cut will not be allowed on NH-58.
