Due to heavy traffic movement through the road, the culvert near by City Magistrate’s office in Sector 19 was damaged and it came down on Saturday.
Considering the inconvenienced faced by the commuters, Noida Development Authority on Sunday began the development works of a damaged culvert on the main irrigation drains near Sector 19.
Due to heavy traffic movement through the road, the culvert near City Magistrate’s office in Sector 19 was damaged and it came down on Saturday.
As it is busy road and was causing inconvenience to commuters plying through the road, the authority taken prompt action to solve the problem. It deployed a machine for clearing the damaged culvert to built a new one. It cleaned the drain also, which was blocked due to the debris of the culvert.
Rajeev Tyagi, General Manager with Noida Development Authority visited the site to inspect the ongoing works. He ordered his officials to complete the development works at the earliest to relieve commuters from inconveniences.
