Delhi to get exemption from odd-even scheme on Prakash Parv

The Sikh community requested the Delhi government to give exemptions from odd-even scheme on the occasion of Prakash Parv. They have requested for exemptions on November 11-12. 

The representatives from the Sikh community along with Tilak Nagar MLA Jarnail Singh on Wednesday met   Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot to request for exemption. Gehlot assured the representatives to think over the matter.

Gahlot congratulated the Sikh community on 550th Prakhash Parv on Twitter. He wrote that the government is positively thinking for exemption on the occasion of Prakash Parv.

The community has also sent their request to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. 

550th Prakash Parv is going to be celebrated this year. It is a historical occasion for Sikh community living all across the world.
